About Me
I have been weightlifting for over 49 years! There are a number of exercising styles: Power lifting, Bodybuilding, working out to tone muscles, working out to lose weight, and working out based on your goals. Each exercise style uses different equipment, weights, and even different form.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have learned a great deal over the years.
I can become your Individual Personal Fitness Coach. If you belong to health club, we can workout at your health club. If there is a cost for me to use your gym, that cost is your responsibility. With this option, I will work out with you during your scheduled training sessions. I can make on-the-spot adjustments to your program, form, and weights working alongside you. Each session is for a maximum of 60 minutes per session. Please understand that if we have a session scheduled and you do not show, I still charge you for the session. Presently, I am doing 4 to 8 private sessions a week, so schedule early and schedule ongoing sessions in advance!
The sessions can be scheduled Monday through Saturday starting as early 7:30 am and ending no later than 9 pm. I provide these sessions in Lake and Porter Counties. (The sessions must be paid for in advance of each session! I only accept cash and the exact amount. I don't carry change.)
